2007 WSOP Event 5 - Omaha/Seven-Card Stud Hi-Low-8 or Better $2,500

There is a term that describes somebody who has employment ADD. The cliche goes as follows: Jack of all trades, master of none. This is usually an extremely polite way of calling somebody a loser. In general the type of person who jumps from job to job is also the sort of person that appreciates living in a trailer park that is close to his favorite strip club and considers Jerry Springer their personal lord and savior.  Of course some people jump around in professions because they are just extremely talented in so many areas. These are the type of people most of us feel pangs of jealousy over and when they succeed, a little piece of us dies inside. Tom Schneider is the poster child for this sort of annoying over achiever.  Tom is not only a successful author and radio personality, but he once was the proprietor of his own golf supply company as well as a very good certified public accountant. In short, anything this guy has tried he has been good at. After he started playing poker at high levels, he managed to make three World Series of Poker final tables.  At this year's WSOP he finally broke through and took home one of the coveted bracelets. He is was the champion of Event #5 Omaha8/Stud8.  With this particular player most people knew it was only a matter of time before he was jingling his bracelet in front of the microphone during his radio show and describing the moment of victory in vivid detail. On one hand many of us like to see this sort of story: a happily married father of three daughters winning a championship. On the other hand, many of us bitterly wonder why Tom has to be good at everything and will get a sense of visceral joy by seeing this over achiever trip down the stairs.  Despite the jealousy felt by those of us who are not as talented, we congratulate the new bracelet holder!PlacePlayerPrize1Tom Schneider$214,3472Ed Tonnellier$118,4563Annie Duke$75,2104Chris Ferguson$50,3915Chris Bell$39,1096David Benyamine$29,7087Joseph Bolnick$22,9398John Phan$16,9229Joshua Arieh$11,658
