Online poker room Full Tilt Poker is known for putting on a great weekly Guaranteed event, and two recent Full Tilt Guaranteed events were no exception, especially for one player. DuckU not only made the final table in back to back events - one of the weekly $400,000 Guarantee and one of the monthly $750,000 Guarantee, but he won both of them, making quite a killing in the process.
Coming off the win of the monthly $750,000 Guarantee tournament on the site just last week, Duck U was up $152,348. Taking down Sundays $400,000 event brought him another $85,854.60.
Coming into the event, which had a prize pool swollen to $468,000 thanks to the 2,340 entrants, DuckU was in fifth chip position at the final table. Hanging on until three-handed play, DuckU was then the chip leader with $4 million in play. The former chip leader, Balboni, was down to just under half that, and brianna24 hovered at a million. A nice flop for the chip leader took out Balboni and it was down to heads up play. Brianna24 managed to get a leg up on DuckU at one point, but a two hand run put brianna24 out of the game. With an incredible back to back run, DuckU pulled in $238,203 in just two weeks on Full Tilt.
