2008 World Poker Tour, World Poker Open

  Part of the world famous World Poker Tour, the World Poker Open is held at the Gold Strike Hotel Casino in Robinsonville, MS, and will kick off the new year as part of the Season Six WPT on January 3rd, and run through January 23rd.  Eighteen events ranging from a $300 No Limit Holdem event to the main event are all part of the World Poker Open.
