European Poker Tour Season 3 - EPT Copenhagen

  Where else would you hold the Copenhagen leg of the European Poker Tour but the Casino Copenhagen? Be ready to be amazed and pampered when you arrive in Denmark for one of the last EPT events before the big finale. The EPT Copenhagen event will run from January 17th through January 20th next year, so while it may seem a while its really just after the holidays. The buy in is DKr 37,500 in local currency, but if you are paying in Euros that's alright, just make sure you have €5,000 on hand.  The EPT is a highly anticipated event that is part World Poker Tour and part Pro Poker Tour, which is appropriate because the creator of both, WPT Enterprises, also created the European Poker Tour. The event will be capped at 400 players, playing at the only Casino in the Danish capital. Interested players will find the Casino inside the ritzy Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel, where a Jacket is Required. The good news for Americans looking to play in the EPT event is that the minimum age to play is only 18, an encouragement for all the hot young internet players to see if they can compete with the older pros in a live event.  The EPT Copenhagen event, also known as the Scandinavian Open, will run for four days, the first two being "day one" flights, with a final table event that will be filmed for later broadcast.
