The Par and Poker Celebrity Challenge for Charity

Next year poker fans will have something to do during Superbowl weekend as the plans for the Par and Poker Celebrity Challenge for Charity are unveiled. The event, sponsored by the Joyner-Walker Foundation, combines poker and golf. Starting with the poker, the Celebrity Challenge will follow up the No Limit Texas Hold'em tournament with 18 holes of golf -- also a tournament -- to raise money for the Joyner-Walker Foundation. Pro poker players will be on hand at the Tampa Bay Downs' Silks Poker Room in Florida for the event.
