A measure was passed by Poland’s Senate to limit gambling casinos. This means that online poker and poker rooms are not supported. Under Polish law online gambling is no longer legal. While this is the likely outcome from the poker related legislature, the Polish President still has to sign the legislation into law. While most expect Lech Kaczynski to do so by the end of the month, some poker pundits are holding out hope that this will not come to pass, and online poker in Poland may come back to the light of law
