An online poker room is only as good as its security measures, and those of the CEREUS poker network have been called into question. The potential encryption issues on the CEREUS Network affect sites UB.com and Absolute Poker. A recent report on the security measures claims that hackers could have seen player hole cards. According to the report, from PokerTableRatings.com, a hacker could take their Window’s calculator, set it to scientific mode, and use the XOR button to read the data stream from the CEREUS network, which is XOR based.
