Poker Charity Event Raises Half a Million

The recent poker charity event held at the Fort McDowell Casino in Scottsdale, Arizona was a huge success, raising over $500,000 for the TASER Foundation. This is the fourth fundraiser TASER has held with plenty of celebrity poker appearances, including Phil “Poker Brat” Hellmuth, who hosted the event. The TASER Foundation raises money to help families of federal law enforcement officers in the United States and Canada lost in the line of duty. Hellmuth is well known for his appearances at events such as these, lending his celebrity appeal for a good cause.
