Online poker room Ultimate Bet is introducing a series of charity events. Second Sundays will be the series, which started yesterday. The series will run on every second Sunday of each month. Players will compete for cash as well as entries to poker events and UB swag. The money coming into the events will go to benefit various charities. Annie Duke, spokesperson for the event, is well known for both her poker prowess and her charity work. Duke recently won the National Heads-Up Poker Championship, the first female player to do so.
