Online poker room Cake Poker has joined the Online Player of the Year race, which means that players on that site will now earn points towards winning the coveted title of Online Player of the Year. This makes six total sites that participate in the Card Player Online Player of the Year standings. Cake Poker has come from behind to become the fourth largest poker network where American players can participate. This Sunday will be the first time players at Cake Poker, which was established in 2006, will earn points for the OPOY event.
