Negreanu Wins Poker Event in Canada

Daniel "Kid Poker" Negreanu returns home to win a poker event and more than $300k. Negreanu won the BC Poker Championships Main Event by outlasting 670 players. The poker pro faced many of his peers, such as Liz Lieu, Dennis Phillips, Bryan Devonshire, Gavin Smith and fellow Canadian Brad Booth. Held at the beautiful River Rock Casino Resort, the BC Poker Championships paid out $371,910 to Kid Poker. Second place went to Adam Croffut, who won $230k, and third to Warren Russell, who won $150k.
