A business in Wichita, Kansas, has been told they need to stop hosting a poker game. The Highlands Gastropub & Cardroom runs a game called Kandu Challenge, which according to the Kansas Attorney General's Office is a “thinly-veiled illegal poker game.” The warning to shut down operation of the game came form a letter send from the Attorney General's Office which said that anyone playing or operating the game is breaking the law and may face criminal charges. Kandu is poker but with a twist in that players get a peek at the shuffled deck.
