Judge Dodges Answer on Kandu Poker

In Kansas an entrepreneur came up with a version of poker that he says is not gambling because all the cards in the deck are flashed to the players, making the skill of memory very valuable. The law in Kansas, however, says it is still gambling and have taken the operators of Kandu to court. The Judge on the case agrees with some of the sentiment behind the Kandu operators, but says it must go to trial for a full answer to be discovered.
