Files Against Poker Show Dismissed

When the Face the Ace poker show aired one person claimed they stole his idea and filed suit. Now the case by Vegas casino security officer Brandon McSmith has been dismissed. This means that the Eighth District Court in Nevada has reviewed the case and its Judge Michelle Leavitt determined that the case did not state a claim. The potential for an appeal, which would put the case back into the legal system, is still possible. McSmith has made the claim he has communicated with Arlo Devlin-Brown with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
