A $25,000 total was almost reached by a recent Charity Poker Tournament. The Foundation's semi-annual Texas Hold'em Charity Poker Tournament was put on by the Fountain Valley Community Foundation. About 200 people took part in the event, which was won by Carl Eaton. Eaton picked up a 6-day trip to Kauai, including airfare, and a championship jacket to wear on vacation. Each player put up a $50 buy-in, all of which went into the charity pool, which supported Junior All-American Football, Autism Charities, Miss Deeds and CHOC Hospital.
