The third day of the Asian Pacific Poker Tour Macau ended with Daoxing Chen in the lead. The event, hosted by online poker room PokerStars, had a lot of local talent play, as well as tons of talent from other parts of the world. Day 3 of the event started with forty-two players returning to the Grand Lisboa Hotel and Casino in Macau. Chen, who finished up the day in the lead, started the day with one of the smallest stacks, but other players did well, too. American Brandon Demes got a lot of attention for much the same reason, starting with a weak stack and building up to be the some-time leader of day three.
