When Ted Moustakis of New Jersey put out $6,000 for a poker visor it was one he thought was worn by the android Data on the set of the Star Trek: The Next Generation show. The actor who played Data, Brent Spinner, told Moustakis when they met at a convention, that he has sold that visor to a private auction, which meant that the visor Ted bought was a fake. Ted is suing auction house Christie's for fraud. The scene in which the visor was worn is a Trek fan favorite with the crew of the Starship Enterprise playing poker.
