Poker is a game and a lifestyle that has permeated nearly every aspect of life, and the stage has joined those areas infected. Vices (An Ugly Comedy) is a stage play about four men and their nightly card games. This is a one act play by playwright Scott Tobin, from New York, and mull over the big questions in life, such as women, sex, work, middle age and poker. Tobin takes on one of the roles in the play as well, and Vices opened recently to mixed reviews. This is an updated version of the play, which originally was shown at the Greenwich Street Theatre in New York.
