The Card Player Media Player of the Year race has been officially won by David "The Dragon" Pham, but what about the Online Poker Player of the Year race? In the lead is Isaac "westmenloAA" Baron, but his recent surge in points does not give him the lead that Pham had over his competition, and Matt "ch0ppy" Kay is breathing down Baron's virtual neck. Baron has 8,304 points over Kay's 8,278, so it looks like Baron will be going for any big win to keep himself out in front. It is unlikely - although not impossible - that current third place runner Sorel "Imper1um" Mizzi, with 6,676 points, could overtake the two front runners.
