JC Tran used to be known as the poker pro who could make it to World Poker Tour events with no problem, but could never win one. Last year he broke the trend and picked up a WPT victory, and he just added a second to his resume. Tran won the 2007 Five Diamond World Poker Classic, part of the WPT Season Six tour. Second place was rocker Salvatore "Sully" Erna, the lead singer from the rock and roll band Godsmack. Erna has done well in poker tournaments before, but this is his biggest win to date.
