Heartland Texas Holdem Tournament To Benefit Soldiers

Set in the nation’s heartland and upcoming Wichita, Kansas poker tournament will be helping American soldiers. Poker fundraisers seem to be the latest charity craze, and for good reason. People love to play poker, especially the game of No Limit Texas Hold'em, but often have a hard time finding a good game to play with out worrying about the legal situation.

Much poker is still considered illegal in the United States if played at a business and the business takes a cut, or if everyone at the table does not know everyone else. The laws remain murky, so it is a relief to be able to play without the worry, especially when the cause is so important.

The benefit will raise money with suggested donations of $40 per person to help wounded American soldiers. All proceeds will go to The Coalition to Salute America's Heroes.
