The Poker TV Network, Inc, is a publicly traded company on the Pink Sheets Exchange, where their ticker symbol is PKTV, however this may soon change. They announced Friday that they intend to seek out other exchange options. They are looking at two in particular, the OTC Bulletin Board or AMEX. They will be meeting with legal council and accountants to determine the best course of action. Once they have finished these meetings they will publicly announce their final decision in the matter.
In related news Poker TV Network, which broadcasts poker shows on broadband Internet channels, took this opportunity to announce Bonnie Rattner will be taking over as their National Sales Director. Rattner brings more than 15 years of sales experience, including a stint as sales manager for Card Player Magazine.
