In the Mall Of America, there is a retail poker store that shares a name with a leading online poker supplies provider, “The World Poker Store.” After a recent acquisition the online and brick and mortar companies will have more in common than their name. The World Poker Store, Inc, recently acquired 100% of the physical store company, which includes five retail locations.
The Minnesota company’s founder Charles Chastain will become the President and Chief Executive Officer in compliance with the acquisition Agreement. The executive offices of the new, joined company will be located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The company will continue to provide quality merchandise in support of the poker craze, which appears to continue to grow unabated. The Minnesota company also held periodic Texas Hold’em tournaments, which will continue.
