WPT Chases Chinese Card Game

There is poker, then there is Chinese poker, and then there is Traktor. The World Poker Tour is making headway into China in terms of poker, but the game of choice they are chasing to play in the People's Republic is actually a local game called Traktor, a traditional folk card game. WPT China has launched using this game, which is very different from poker. There is no buy in and no gaming, it is purely a game of skill. There will be a national championship in 2008, and so far the WPT reports that WPT China is a success.
