Former World Series of Poker winner Joe Hachem was there, but he didn't win the event. It was the Adelaide Holdem Championship at the Skycity Casino in SA, Australia, and the $96,000 top prize was instead claimed by a part-time supermarket shelf-stacker and university student. Daniel Booth, just 19 years old, won a spot at the event via a regional poker tournament, while others paid $3,000 to play. Booth is understandably excited to win, not only the money, but against some of the world's top poker players. Hachem got knocked out early, but was on hand to present the prize to Booth.
