In New York City it is often said there are 8 million stories, and for about 80 amateur poker players their story was one of robbery, fear, and frustration. On Long Island police are still searching for a team of masked gunmen who brazenly burst into the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post in Franklin Square over the weekend, surprising the hall full of poker players. Pulling weapons, the gunmen demanded money from the gamblers, their faces hidden by masks. The estimated take for the gunmen is around $50,000.
