When the World Series of Poker brand entered into the realm of the information superhighway, they naturally looked to acquire the web address WSOP.com. Federico Schiavio picked up the url when he worked for Binion's back when they owned the brand, and states that Becky Binion Behnen gave him the rights to the url before the brand was sold to Harrah's Entertainment. Schiavio uses the url for his site, World's Standard of Online Poker, and he has released a statement disclosing his stand in hopes to aid his struggle in the legal battle with Harrah's to allow him to keep the WSOP url.
