Online Poker Company Acquired

Poker Creations is poker software marketing division of the National League of Poker, a Delaware corporation, and it has recently been acquired by Power Play Development Corporation. The NLOP, a Framingham based and privately held corporation, has entered into a Share Exchange & Acquisition Agreement, but will continue to operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary. The move to join forces in this manner with Power Play was inspired by the hopes to gain greater exposure as a publicly traded company. Some examples of Poker Creation's work include jobs for Milwaukee's Best Light and Miller Beer, using poker as a marketing tool.
