Royal Vegas Online Poker recently announced that it has scored a coup of sorts over other online poker rooms when it recorded the play of its one billionth hand. The Microgaming Poker Network, Fortune Lounge Group poker room was to complete the Billionth Hand Promotion, an event that spread across the Microgaming Poker Network and offered a slew of prizes. The prizes included freeroll poker events, big cash prizes and pro poker boot camps, as well as a free ride to the World Poker Tour's Grand Final. The WPT event prize was worth $35,000 and will give the lucky winner a ride to one of the biggest and most popular poker tournaments of all time.
