When the World Series of Poker Circuit event in the Horseshoe Southern Indiana poker room came to an end, it was a 22 year old student who emerged as the victor. Winning a seat in the 2009 WSOP main event as well as a cash prize of $143,064 was Samuel Oberlin, who overcame a five to one deficit in chips. A double up with pocket queens started the comeback trail, and in the end another set of pocket queens won the event for him. In addition to the seat and the cash Oberlin took home a championship gold and diamond ring.
