Gavin Smith, Marc Karam and Kathy Liebert were among the big names playing in the North American Poker Championship, but they all fell short to relative unknown Glen Witmer. Witmer stayed ahead of Smith in heads up play after a start with a five to two lead. In the end his victory meant over a million dollars for the 67 year old, and Smith won about half that.
