Four men who were charged with participating in a high stakes poker scam in Atlantic City have been indicted by New Jersey authorities. James Harrison, Joseph Ingargiola, Stephen Phillips and Steven Forte all faced charges of second-degree attempted theft by deception. Two hotel rooms at the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa were rigged with surveillance cameras in order to spy on a man who was invited to play Chinese poker. Before the man arrived the four men were busted by New Jersey State Police. The men were indicted by a grand jury in Atlantic County.
