The war over video poker has been a long and hard fought one in the southern state of North Carolina, and while it was the one fought mainly in the court rooms, a real tragedy occurred recently in Lincoln County related to poker machines. One Michael Segal is in custody according to police after a man died during an argument over a video poker machine. The argument was between Segal and one Delmer Sisk. During the argument, according to police, Sisk was fired upon by Segal after the latter pulled a gun from his pocket and opened fire. Sisk died on site, and police arrested Segal, charging him with murder and holding him without bond.
