Police Raid Poker Conference in Spain

The Casino Affiliate Programs poker tournament was in full swing with the police stopped by, and they were not interested in taking a seat and drawing some cards. The Barcelona police raided the Hotel Princesa and started shutting down the conference, where former World Series of Poker champ Jamie Gold was scheduled to hold a poker clinic. The reason for the raid is not clear, but all the gambling equipment was confiscated and the organizers of the CAP program were detained. It is unknown if Gold was among those held.
