For the fifth time online poker site 888.com and their poker room, Pacific Poker, will be hosting their famous Poker Open. The Poker Open V has a special format that funnels players down by country. First players participate in a $1 tournament with their countrymen, getting down to the top five, which will then move on to compete against ten other countries in the Poker Open V. Players can compete to represent their countries and show national pride, but also for the jackpot, which will be set at $648k. The final event will be a live poker tournament filmed at the Maidstone Studios near London in October.
