Poker Pro Faces Deportation

The US Government has a program called Operation Predator that seeks to deport foreign born nationals that have a criminal sex offender record, and poker pro Shawn Sheikhan falls into that descriptive bucket. Sean served nine months and had five years of probation when, in his early 20's, he was convicted of a misdemeanor sexual battery offense against a 17 year old girl. Now 38, the father and husband (married to an American born woman) faces deportation back to his native country of Iran, which he left when he came to America at the age of nine.
