In 2008 the PaddyPowerPoker.com sponsored poker extravaganza known as the Irish Open will once again be held on Easter, spreading cards on the holiday for players who wish to take a shot at the €3 million-guaranteed prize pool. Running from March 19 to March 24, the Irish Open will continue the tradition of high class, quality poker tournaments at the Citywest Hotel, which has been called the "ideal location" for the 2008 Irish Open by Paddy Power.
