WSOP Europe Kicks Off Today

The much anticipated second annual World Series of Poker Euorpe will begin today, leading off with preliminary events before holding the big show. Last year the first ever WSOP event held outside the United States took place in London, the same spot it will happen again this year. Annette Obrestad was the first winner when she took down the main event last year, also becoming the first woman and the youngest to ever win a main event at the WSOP. This year all events will take place in the same spot, unlike last year when it was divided up over three casinos.
