Chef Cooks Up Winning Poker Recipe

The second annual Foxwoods Food & Wine Festival was held on September 16th and deemed a success by the attendants, especially one Franklin Becker, an executive chef at Brasserie in New York City. Becker was the winner of the Celebrity Chef Charity Poker Tournament that took place during the Festival. Becker beat out Ming Tsai, the chef and co-owner of Blue Ginger in Wellesley, MA, during a heads up match. The first and second place prizes were donations to charity - $15k to Autism Speaks for Becker, and $10k to the Cam Neely Foundation for Tsai.
