WSOP Europe Top Prize 1 Million Pounds

With the main event of the World Series of Poker Europe under way, the pros already know how much they can expect if they win it - or at least, they did. The sponsor of the event, Betfair Poker, recently added 57,000 pounds sterling to the prize pool, which stood at 3,626,000 pounds sterling, and now the main prize will be an even 1 million pounds sterling. WSOP Commissioner Jeffrey Pollack, in a recent press announcement, said they have Betfair to thank for that, and one can bet on the poker players in the event being very thankful indeed.
