A fourteen in a row winning streak is something special, especially in the world of poker. Even in online poker, where another cash game or tournament always seems to be waiting, coming out on top over a dozen times in a row is quite an accomplishment, one that Atlanta poker pro and Bodog affiliate Josh Arieh managed to pull off. For weeks Arieh had been unbeaten in challenges against the Bodog Tournament Leaderboard winners in heads-up matches, finally taking a fall against 20-year-old Jonathan Westra. Each week that Arieh had managed to avoid defeat the jackpot continued to grow, so much so that Westra got a whopping $14,000 prize for his efforts. How did Westra do it? By studying his opponent. While others were playing tight against the perceived aggression of Arieh, Westra played aggressive after the flop, a strategy that obviously worked.
