The Colorado Bureau of Investigation finally moved on a Pueblo poker room they had been eyeballing for about four years recently. The news come from to court records made public on Thursday that listed Larry Lee Wittman, 63, as proprietor. Wittman was cited for professional gambling. The poker room was raided and the game’s players - numbering less than ten - were all given misdemeanor gambling tickets. The poker game hit the police’s radar when in 2004 they were called in to help, after a masked gunman robbed and assaulted the players.
