In a case of mob violence in Chicago in 2003 a coin operated business that sold video poker machines was bombed by an octogenarian, and the man who sold him the explosives to do the dirty deed has just pled guilty. Merrillville, Indiana resident Kyle Knight, 44, has pled guilty to selling explosives to Samuel Volpendesto, 84, one of two charged with blowing up C&S Coin Operated Amusements. Knight has signed plea agreement to serve as state witness in this and other mob related cases, presumably in exchange for a reduced sentence.
