What was intended to be a fun, exciting, charitable activity was tainted by tragedy recently when two speedboats collided during an Oklahoma poker run, killing five. Vacationers at Lake Texoma witnessed two speedboats taking off for the poker competition and then colliding during the High Roller Poker Run on Saturday. Four people died on the scene, and two were taken to hospital. One of the two later died. One boat was struck by the other in the middle of its side - one boat was piloted and contained two couples, while the other boat contained one couple. Coast Guard representatives and law-enforcement officers have not yet pieced together the cause of the accident, and won't be able to until they reconstruct the boats and the event.
