Yesterday the first of many shows depicting the ESPN coverage of the 2008 World Series of Poker Main Event kicked off at 9pm Eastern Time in the United States. Fans are eager to see if any more surprises are forthcoming, such as the behavior of Scotty Nguyen during the $50k HORSE event. The poker pro, who won the event, displayed drunken and belligerent behavior that was mostly under wraps until the show aired on ESPN. The Tuesday night airings of ESPN Main Event coverage will run through October 28, followed by live coverage of the final table in November.
