Perhaps gearing up for the potential devastating ban on poker looming in America's future, one of the largest poker outfits online has recently launched a Spanish-language version of its web site and its gains. All of the games are represented, including Seven-Card Stud, Omaha, and ever popular Texas Holdem. Mike Herea, the promotions manager for 888.com, the Gibraltar-based owner of Pacific Poker, said that this Spanish version of their website was a "much needed edition" in order to cater to their growing Spanish-speaking online poker players. Pacific Poker's downloadable software is available in Spanish, and there is no download version. Also it is important that the web cashier systems as well as registration information will also be in Spanish.
