Online Poker Servers Targeted

In an interesting case for online poker the First Hall Civil Court in Malta recently made a judgment in favor of Poker Trillion dot com which would allow the servers of Boss Media Malta Limited and Boss Media AB to be seized and shut down. As of September 18 these companies were to stop their commercial activity, all as a result of a breach-of-contract accusation by Poker Trillion against Boss Media and their affiliated companies. This was done in connection with a €45 million lawsuit. What this means for online poker rooms using the Boss Media network remains to be seen.
