WSOP Player Not in Trouble

David Rheem

There was some question over whether or not one of the "November Nine", the players slated to play the final table of the main event of the 2008 World Series of Poker this November, would be able to play. David Rheem's name came up on police report, and there was some concern about an outstanding issue with the Florida Police. The Hollywood FPD, however, have cleared Rheem’s name, explaining that it was a misdemeanor and that Mr. Rheem has already paid the necessary fines to satisfy the police - which means he is cleared to play for millions at the WSOP.
