Poker Has Left the Park

This past weekend the much anticipated and well received poker festival known as Poker in the Park has wrapped up to much acclaim. The 2008 PIP event took place in Leicester Square, with plenty of poker and lots of activities to keep the poker newcomers and pros alike happy. Poker heroes such as Dave Ulliott were on hand to speak and play the game they love, and online poker room PKR was the official sponsor of the event. Local businesses such as the up and coming Fox Poker Club, Aces Royal, Jackpot Joy and Cardoza Books were on hand to take part in the festivities.
