Poker Pro Men The Master Wins Prelims

The poker pro known as Men The Master has won two preliminary events during the 2008 Legends of Poker tournament series. Men Nguyen, no relation to fellow poker pro Scotty Nguyen, won the two events in three days, picking up $86k to add to his bankroll. He won the August 10th $300 No Limit Holdem tournament, beating 252 players and 358 rebuys to win $65k. Next he took down the $500 Omaha Hi-Lo tournament on August 12 for $20k, beating 112 players in order to do so. Poker fans are keeping an eye on the Master to see how he will do in the Main Event for the Legends of Poker.
